  2. 2 bowl soya chunks
  3. 4 garlic chrushed
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 4 tp red chillie powder
  6. 6 tp biryani masala
  7. 1 bowl curd
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Ghee as per choice

Instructions

  1. ROAST JEERA1 TP,6 CLOVES,10 PEPPERS ,4 CARDAMOM, IN GHEE
  2. WASH 2 BOWL BASMATI
  3. SOAK 2 BOWL SOYA CHUNKS
  4. COOK BASMATI
  5. MAKE WHISTLE VEGETABLES AND SOYA CHUNKS WITH 4 TP RED CHILLIE POWDER,6 TP BIRYANI MASALA,1 BOWL CURD,SALT TO TASTE ,4 GARLIC CRUSHED
  6. PUT ON RICE HALF DONE
  7. COVER AND COOK UNTIL DONE
  8. SOYA BIRYANI IS READY
  9. SERVE WITH DAHI RAITA
