#earnwithbetterbutter.Try these melt- in -mouth baked beauties this diwali . A wonderfull twist to the regular methi mathris. Spicy ,green , a little tinge of bitterness with fresh methi leaves and baked for the perfect soft crunch.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 140 grams wheat flour
  2. 2 Tablespoons corn flour
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. one teaspoon salt
  5. half cup methi leaves
  6. 3 green chillies
  7. 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. Half cup ghee
  9. 1 tablespoon sugar powder
  10. 1 tablespoon seasame seeds
  11. one teaspoon roasted cumin powder

Instructions

  1. SEIVE TOGETHER 140 GRAMS WHEAT FLOUR
  2. 2 TBSPS CORNFLOUR 1/4 BAKING POWDER
  3. 1 TSP SALT
  4. GRIND 1/2 CUP FRESH METHI LEAVES WITH 3 GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD 3 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES AND GRIND FURTHER TO A ROUGH PASTE
  6. WHISK 1/2 CUP SOFT GHEE WITH 1 TBSP SUGAR POWDER TILL FLUFFY
  7. ADD THE GROUND PASTE
  8. WHISK TILL COMBINED
  9. ADD FLOUR IN BATCHES AND GENTLY FOLD
  10. NICE SOFT DOUGH
  11. SPREAD ON PARCHMENT PAPER TO 1/4 INCH THICKNESS
  12. SPRINKLE SEASAME SEEDS
  13. SPRINKLE ROASTED JEERA POWDER ALL OVER
  14. PRESS GENTLY
  15. MAKE MARKS AND CUT WITH PIZZA CUTTER
  16. PLACE APART ON GREASED BAKING TRAY
  17. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 ° BAKE AT 150° FOR 25 MINUTES
  18. PLACE ON COOLING RACK AFTER 5 MINUTES WHEN YOU REMOVE
