1tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 cups roasted chana daal
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp green chilli paste
Salt as required
1 cup hot oil
Water to knead the dough

LETS START WITH BAJNI FLOUR ...WASH AND DRY ROAST 1 CUP URAD DAAL TILL LIGHTGOLDEN BROWN
WASH AND DRY ROAST 4 CUPS OF RICE
ONCE THE DAAL IS BROWN IS BROWN. ADD 1 TBSP EACH CORIANDER SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS
ROAST FOR 2 MIN
ADD 2 CUPS OF ROASTED CHANA DAAL(DALIA)..GRIND IT INTO FINE POWDER.
ADD 2 TBSP FRESHLY GRINDED GREEN CHILLI PASTE
ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
ADD 2 TSP SESAME SEEDS
ADD 1 CUP HOT OIL TO THE MIXTURE
FINALLY ADD SALT AND MIX WELL .FORM A CRUMBLE TEXTURE
ADD WATER AND FORM A SOFT DOUGH
TAKE A PORTION OF DOUGH AND PLACE IT IN GREASED MURUKUL MAKER
USE STAR SHAPED NOZZLE TO MAKE CHAKLIS..FILL THE DOUGH FIRMLY
MAKE ROUND CHAKLIS ON THE BASE OF FLAT BOWL OR ANY TRAY. I HAVE USED BOWL AS IT IS CONVENIENT..
REPEAT SAME PROCESS OF MAKING CHAKLIS
TAKE THE BOWL IN HAND..FLIP THE CHAKLI AND TRANSFER IT IN THE HOT OIL..
LET IT FRY FOR SOME TIME..AND THEN FLIP IT TO FRY EVENLY
REMOVE FROM THE FLAME ONCE DONE
