ABOUT Multiflour ladoo RECIPE

It is a combination of wheat flour, besan, and flax seeds with the goodness of gurr. It is very good to eat on empty stomach. They can be stored for 15 days and is prepared in less time .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour -2 cups
  2. Chickpea flour (besan) - 2 cups
  3. Flax seed - 1 cup
  4. Gurr - 250 gms
  5. Walnuts - 4
  6. Almonds - 4
  7. Raisins - 10
  8. Ghee - 5 tspn

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST THE FLAX SEEDS
  2. THEY WILL CHANGE COLOR AND A POPPING SOUND WILL COME. KEEP THEM ASIDE
  3. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN, SAUTE BESAN
  4. SAUTE BESAN ON LOW FLAME
  5. CHECK , THEY SHOULD NOT FORM LUMPS
  6. WHEN THEY HAVE CHANGED COLOR, KEEP THEM ASIDE
  7. IN THE SAME PAN, ADD GHEE, ROAST WHEAT FLOUR
  8. MEANWHILE GRIND THE FLAX SEEDS AND TRANSFER THEM IN BESAN
  9. COOK THE WHEAT FLOUR FOR 10 MIN, WHEN THEY COLOR, ITS DONE
  10. TRANSFER THEM IN THE MIXTURE AND MIX PROPERLY
  11. IN A KADHAI, ADD GURR, ALLOW THEM TO MELT
  12. ADD LITTLE WATER SO THAT THEY CAN MELT EASILY
  13. KEEP STIRRING TILL THEY DISSOLVE
  14. TO FORM A FINE MELTED PUREE
  15. MIX THE COOKED FLOUR TO AVOID LUMPS
  16. ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS,ALMONDS, RAISINS, COCONUT
  17. NOW ADD THE MELTED GURR AND MIX WELL
  18. MIX WITH THE HELP OF A SPATULA
  19. ONCE THE FLOUR IS WELL COATED WITH GURR, START MAKING LADOOS
  20. SLOWLY TAKE THE MIXTURE AND DAP. U HAVE TO BE QUICK IN THIS
  21. APPROX 20 LADOOS ARE PREPARED
