Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggie Pazzta cheese Macaroni 2 pkts
  2. 4 cups water
  3. Boiled eggs 2 -cubed
  4. Spring onion 1 bunch finely chopped
  5. Few basil leaves
  6. Cherry tomatoes 8 to 10 sliced
  7. Chargrilled bell peppers 1/2 each red,yellow and green
  8. SAUCE
  9. curd 1 cup
  10. cream 1 tbsp
  11. Pizza seasoning 1 tbsp
  12. Chillies flakes 1 tsp
  13. olive oil 1 tbsp
  14. vinegar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 4 CUPS WATER, ADD THE CONTENTS OF 1 PACKET OF MAGGI CHEESE MACARONI PAZZTA
  2. ADD THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK, MIX WELL
  3. BRING TO A BOIL, SIMMER & COOK THE PAZZTA AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKET
  4. THE PAZZTA IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT & SET ASIDE TO COOL
  5. CHAR 1/4 EACH OF TRI COLOURED BELL PEPPERS ( RED, GREEN & YELLOW ) ON DIRECT FLAME, SET ASIDE
  6. FOR THE DRESSING : TAKE 1/2 CUP CURD, ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF FRESH CREAM & ITALIAN SEASONING
  7. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES, 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  8. ADD 1 TSP VINEGAR
  9. WHISK, THE DRESSING IS READY
  10. PLACE THE COOLED PAZZTA IN A SERVING DISH, ADD THE DRESSING, MIX
  11. ADD THE DICED CHAR-GRILLED BELL PEPPERS, 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED SPRING ONION GREENS
  12. ADD 1 CUBED BOILED EGG, 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  13. ADD 8-10 SLICED CHERRY TOMATOES, FEW TORN BASIL LEAVES
  14. TOSS EVERYTHING GENTLY
  15. THE COLD PAZZTA SALAD IS READY TO SERVE
