these are the one of healthy doughnuts made of whole wheat flour chappatis and dry fruits powder we have used here hersheys Choclate syrup and choco spread which have ultimate taste,friends do try these they are really yum

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cooked chappatis
  2. 3tbsp riped and mashed banana
  3. 1tbsp almond powder
  4. 1tbsp cashew powder
  5. some almonds and pistachios flakes
  6. 2 tsp plus half cup of chocolate sauce
  7. 1tsp of ghee
  8. 2tbsp of hersheys choco spread
  9. 2 tbsp of milkmaid
  10. little colourful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. TEAR UP 4 ROTIS, ADD THEM TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND
  2. MAKE A FINE POWDER LIKE THIS
  3. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF ALMOND & CASHEW POWDERS, 1 TSP GHEE
  4. ADD 2 TBSP RIPE, MASHED BANANA
  5. ADD 2 TBSP MILKMADE / SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
  6. ADD 2 TSP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP
  7. ADD 2 TSP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SPREAD
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD 3 TSP WHEAT FLOUR
  10. MIX & BIND INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  11. GREASE HANDS WITH GHEE, MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM THE READY DOUGH, FLATTEN & MAKE A HOLE IN THE CENTRE
  12. SHAPE ALL THE DOUGHNUTS LIKE THIS
  13. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  14. FLIP & FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES
  15. REMOVE ON TISSUE PAPER ONCE DONE
  16. ADD SOME HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP IN A BOWL
  17. DIP THE FRIED DOUGHNUTS INTO THE SYRUP, PLACE ON A SERVING PLATE
  18. DECORATE WITH ALMOND FLAKES, SPRINKLES & PISTACHIO FLAKES, SERVE WARM
