Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bhindi 250 gm
  2. Onion 1 finely chopped
  3. Oil 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Hing 1 pinch
  6. Besan 2 tablespoon
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Lemom juice 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 2 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
  2. ROAST UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN, SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  4. CHOP 250 GMS WASHED, DRIED OKRA LENGTHWISE, ADD IT TO THE PAN ALONG WITH 1 SLICED ONION
  5. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP EACH OF CORIANDER & TURMERIC POWDERS
  6. ADD 1 TSP SALT, MIX & COOK UNTIL SOFT
  7. ADD THE ROASTED GRAM FLOUR, SAUTE BRISKLY FOR 5 MINS
  8. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL
  9. ADD 2 TBSP WATER & SAUTE
  10. IT'S DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  11. SERVE HOT WITH ROTI / PARANTHA / DAL-RICE
