#earnwithbetterbutter .Make these melt -in -mouth delicious cookies . One is colourfull ,every kids favourite tutti fruity cookies and another one is mixed nuts ,tasty and equally nutritious. I used cashews,almonds,walnuts,pistachios. Kids would love the crunchy nuts in every bite.

ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR POWDER TO A BOWL
1/2 CUP SOFT CLARIFIED GHEE
WHISK
TILL LIGHT AnD FLUFFY
ADD 1 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
SEIVE 1 1/2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
2 TBSP CORNFLOUR +1 TSP
A BIG PINCH OF SALT
SEIVE
KEEP MIXED DRY FRUITS AND TUTI FRUITY READY
TO THE GHEE MIXTURE ADD THE FLOUR AND FOLD GENTLY
DIVIDE INTO 2 PARTS ADD TUTTI FRUITY IN ONE PART
ADD MIXED NUTS IN THE OTHER PART
MIX WELL PREHEAT OVEN TO 160 °
KEEP BOTH DOUGH READY
FIRST PINCH SMALL BALLS OF NUTS DOUGH AND PLACE ON A BAKING TRAY COVERED WITH PARCHMENT
MAKE TUTI FRUITS ROUNDLES AND KEEP IN THE FRIDGE
BAKE AT 160 ° FOR 15 MINUTES
LEAVE FO 5 MINUTES ON TRAY THEN PLACE ON COOLING RACK CAREFULLY
