#earnwithbetterbutter.Ginger candy is my daughters favourite candy.Best for nausea,sore throat,digestion,travel sickness,immunity builder.I always have this small stash of ginger candies in my hand bag and on my dining table plating it beautifully for my family especially my daughter which is her favourite from one of my receipes..

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. ginger finely chopped 1 cup
  2. jaggery 1 cup
  3. water 1 cup
  4. clove powder 1/4 tsp
  5. honey 2 tsp
  6. Powdered sugar 1 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP OF EACH CHOPPED GINGER,JAGGERY,WATER,1/4 TSP CLOVE POWDER
  2. MAKE THE FINE PASTE OF CHOPPED GINGER
  3. COOK GINGER PASTE,JAGGERY ON SLOW FLAME IN A WOK.
  4. ADD WATER TO IT.
  5. MIX THE INGREDIENTS WELL.
  6. LET IT BOIL .
  7. ONCE THE CONSISTENCY HAS THICKEN,ADD 2 TSP HONEY
  8. MIX IT WELL .COOK FOR FEW MINUTES .OFF THE FLAME.
  9. THE MIXTURE HAS BECOME LIKE A DOUGH ONCE IT HAS COMPLETELY COOLED.APPLY GHEE TO THE PALMS.
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM THE DOUGH..ROLL IT ON THE POWDERED SUGAR.
  11. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS .ASSEMBLE ALL THE CANDIES IN A TRAY.LET IT REST FOR ANOTHER 1 HR.
  12. STORE IN A BOTTLE FOR 15 DAYS. HAVE IT DAILY FOR BETTER DIGESTION AND IMMUNITY.
