Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Lady's finger - 250 gms
  2. onions - 1 big
  3. tomato -1
  4. haldi - 1 tspn
  5. chilli powder - 1 tspn
  6. pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
  7. dhaniya powder - 1/2 tspn
  8. garam masala - 1 tspn
  9. cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
  10. Fresh cream - 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD THE BHINDI
  2. SHALLOW FRY ON HIGH FLAME BY COVERING TO AVOID STRANDS
  3. AFTER IT TURNS BROWN, KEEP IT ASIDE.
  4. HEAT OIL IN SAME PAN, ADD CUMIN SEEDS
  5. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. SAUTE FOR 1 MIN
  7. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  8. SAUTE TILL THEY BECOME TRANSLUCENT
  9. NOW ADD HALDI, DHANIA, PEPPER PWDER, GARAM MASALA
  10. COOK THE MASALAS TILL THEY LEAVE OIL
  11. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  12. COOK FOR 5 MIN TILL THEY BECOME TENDER
  13. ADD WATER AND SALT
  14. ALLOW 1 BOIL THEN ADD THE BHINDIS
  15. COOK FOR 10 MIN BY COVERING
  16. ADD FRESH CREAM, MIX WELL
  17. ADD KASURI METHI AND SWITCH OFF
