  1. 1cup flore
  2. 1cup mushroom pieces
  3. 1cup onion

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF SALT & BAKING SODA, 1 TSP OIL
  2. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, KNEAD A DOUGH, ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 30 MINS
  3. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED MUSHROOMS, SAUTE
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF PEPPER, CORIANDER, CUMIN POWDERS & SALT
  6. ADD 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS, SET ASIDE
  7. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF THE RESTED DOUGH, ROLL IT OUT TO MAKE A ROTI
  8. PLACE 2 TBSP MUSHROOM MIX IN THE CENTRE
  9. ADD 1 TSP GRATED CHEESE ON TOP, GATHER & SEAL THE EDGES LIKE THIS
  10. APPLY BUTTER ON TOP OF EACH STUFFED POTLI LEAVE TO REST FOR 5 MINS
  11. TRANSFER TO A GREASED BAKING TRAY, BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 15 MINS, SERVE WITH KETCHUP
