  1. Wheat flour-1 Cup
  2. Potato Masala- 1/4 Cup
  3. Olive oil -2 Tbsps
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil 1/2 liter

Instructions

  1. POTATO PURIES ! BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN !
  2. Take one cup Wheat flour, 1/4 cup Potato Masala !
  3. Take 2 Tbsps olive oil !
  4. Put in the Mixie jar !
  5. Ground to a dough consistency !
  6. Make tight balls !
  7. Roll in to puries !
  8. Heat oil in a wok !
  9. Drop rolled puri in the hot oil !
  10. Fry over medium heat !
  11. Fry all puries !
  12. Make potato Masala,chutney !
  13. Make non-spicy side dish !
  14. Kids favorite side dish with non spicy puries !
  15. Can serve with sugar also !
  16. POTATO PURIES !
