Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. mushroom - 1/2 kg
  2. peas - 250 gms
  3. onions - 4
  4. tomatoes - 3
  5. haldi -1 tspn
  6. chilli powder - 1 tspn
  7. Dhaniya powder - 1/ 2 tspn
  8. pepper powder -1/2 tspn
  9. garam masala - 1 tspn
  10. salt
  11. Fresh cream - 1 or 2 tspn
  12. Kasuri methi - 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL AND SAUTE ONIONS TILL TRANSLUCENT
  2. ADD HALDI, SALT
  3. CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD DHANIYA AND PEPPER POWDER
  5. ADD TOMATOES AND COOK TILL THEY BECOME TENDER
  6. TRANSFER THEM IN A GRINDER AND FORM PASTE
  7. HEAT OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS, RED CHILLI, BAY LEAF
  8. WHEN CRACKLE, ADD GREEN PEAS AND SAUTE FOR 10 MIN
  9. NOW ADD MUSHROOM AND SALT, IT WILL LEAVE WATER, COVER AND COOK FOR 20 MIN
  10. ADD THE PREPARED PASTE AND MIX
  11. COOK TILL MASALA LEAVES OIL
  12. ADD GARAM MASALA/CHICKEN MASALA
  13. WHEN THE MASALA TURNS BROWN, ADD WATER
  14. COOK FOR 5 MIN, ADD FRESH CREAM
  15. ADD KASURI METHI AND SWITCH OFF
