  1. Sundrop peanut butter 1/2 cup
  2. Toasted oats 1 cup
  3. Toasted flax seeds 2 tbsp
  4. Butter 2 tbsp
  5. honey 2 tsp
  6. Raisins 1/4 Cup
  7. Cranberry 1/4 cup
  8. Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1 CUP OATS
  2. ADD 2 TBSP FLAX SEEDS, ROAST FOR 3-5 MINS ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT, SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 1/2 CUP SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER
  4. ALLOW THE BUTTER TO MELT
  5. ADD 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  6. ADD THE ROASTED OATS & FLAX SEEDS, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  7. ADD 2 TSP HONEY
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF RAISINS & CRANBERRIES
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS, MIX WELL
  10. GREASE YOUR PALMS WITH A LITTLE OIL, SHAPE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE READY MIX
  11. ROLL THE BALLS OVER DESSICATED COCONUT
  12. STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE, ENJOY THE GUILT-FREE POWER SNACK AT LEISURE
