granola bar are very healthy each one should have it these bars are flavored with peanut butter and the taste is awesome friends do try these they are really healthy and yummy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half cup natural peanut butter
  2. 2 cups of whole oats
  3. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon powder
  4. 1/4 tsp of salt
  5. 1/4 th cup of honey
  6. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  7. 1/4 cup of mix seeds
  8. 1/4 th cup of mixed nuts
  9. 1/4th cup of dried blueberries
  10. tin lined with parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter To pan and melt it on flame,switch off flame
  2. Add 1/4 th cup honey and 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  3. Stir it nicely
  4. Add 2 cups of oats
  5. Add pinch of salt andCinnamon
  6. Add 1/4 cup of mixed nutsAnd dried blueberries
  7. Add 1/4 cup of each pumpkinseed ,melon seeds and pine seeds
  8. Add melted peanut butter
  9. Stir it
  10. Add mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper
  11. Press it tightly
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes on 120 degrees
  13. When it cools completely remove from pan
  14. Cut it in desired shape
  15. Wrap in parchment paper and tie a string
  16. Peanut butter granola bars are ready to eat
