  1. Maggie Mushroom Penne 2 pkts
  2. Water 4 cups
  3. FOR PESTO SAUCE
  4. Basil leaves 1 cup
  5. Garlic pods 2 to 3
  6. Pine nuts 1/4 cup
  7. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  8. Olive oil 1 tbsp for frying

Instructions

  1. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA INTO 4 CUPS OF WATER
  2. ADD THE TASTEMAKERS WHICH COME ALONG WITH THE PACK, MIX WELL
  3. BRING TO A BOIL, SIMMER & COOK THE PAZZTA AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK
  4. THE PAZZTA IS READY, DO NOT DRY IT, WE NEED TO USE IT WHILE STILL CREAMY, SET ASIDE
  5. FOR THE PESTO SAUCE : ADD 1 CUP BASIL LEAVES, 2-3 GARLIC CLOVES, 1/4 CUP PINE NUTS TO A MIXER JAR
  6. ADD 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL, GRIND TO A SMOOTH PASTE
  7. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  8. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD THE READY PESTO SAUCE
  9. ADD THE READY MAGGI MUSHROOM PENNE PAZZTA
  10. TOSS GENTLY & IT'S DONE, SERVE HOT
