Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced chicken 250 gms
  2. Hershey strawberry syrup 1/8 cup
  3. Hershey chocolate syrup 1/8 cup
  4. Onion 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Chicken masala 1 tsp
  7. Green Chillies 1
  8. Basmati rice 1/2 cup
  9. Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  10. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  11. Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  12. Spring onion green 2 tbsp
  13. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 2-3 TBSP HERSHEY'S STRAWBERRY FLAVORED SYRUP TO A BOWL
  2. ADD 2-3 TBSP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP TO ANOTHER BOWL
  3. DILUTE BOTH THE SYRUPS WITH 1 TSP WATER
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER INTO ANOTHER BOWL
  5. ADD 2 TBSP RICE IN EACH OF THE DILUTED SYRUPS & WATER, SET ASIDE TO SOAK FOR 2 HOURS
  6. TAKE 250 GMS MINCED CHICKEN
  7. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & ONION
  8. ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, 1 TBSP FRESH MINT LEAVES
  9. ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD 1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 1 TSP CHICKEN MASALA
  11. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  12. ADD 2 TBSP SPRING ONION GREENS, MIX WELL
  13. MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE CHICKEN MIX
  14. GET ALL THE BALLS READY
  15. DRAIN THE SYRUP & WATER FROM THE SOAKED RICE
  16. ROLL THE BALLS OVER THE RICE TILL IT COATS THE BALLS EVENLY
  17. GET ALL THE RICE BALLS READY
  18. TRANSFER THEM TO A GREASED STEAMER, STEAM COOK FOR 10-15 MINS
  19. TAKE OFF HEAT ONCE THE RICE IS DONE
  20. SERVE HOT
  21. TRY THEM, THEY'RE YUM
