Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fine gram flour 1 cup
  2. Sour buttermilk 3 cup full
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Hing 1/2 tsp
  5. For stuffing :-
  6. Peanut butter 1/2 cup
  7. Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  8. Salt 1/4 tsp
  9. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  10. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  11. For tadka :-
  12. Oil 2 tbsp
  13. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  14. Hing 1/2 tsp
  15. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  16. For garnish :-
  17. Grated coconut 1tsp
  18. Pomegranate pearls 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP SALT
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TSP EACH OF GINGER & GREEN CHILLI PASTE
  3. ADD 3 CUPS SOUR BUTTERMILK, WHISK WELL TO MAKE A SMOOTH, FLOWY BATTER
  4. POUR THE BATTER INTO A HOT NONSTICK PAN
  5. STIR CONTINUOUSLY & COOK FOR 5-7 MINS
  6. THE MIXTURE WILL START THICKENING LIKE THIS, CONTINUE TO STIR & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 7-8 MINS
  7. CHECK THE BATTER BY SPREADING IT ON THE BACK OF A PLATE, IT IS NOW READY TO SPREAD
  8. POUR THE BATTER ON A FLAT SURFACE, SPREAD IT EVENLY LIKE THIS
  9. ALLOW IT TO COOL FOR 2-3 MINS
  10. FOR THE STUFFING : TAKE SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER
  11. TAKE 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
  12. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, 1/4 TSP SALT
  13. MIX INTO A SMOOTH PASTE, SET ASIDE
  14. MARK THE COOLED KHANDVI SHEET WITH CUTS
  15. ADD SOME READY PEANUT BUTTER MIX ON TOP, SPREAD IT EVENLY TO COVER THE SHEET
  16. SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & GRATED COCONUT, NOW START ROLLING THE KHANDVI
  17. ROLL THEM ALL IN THE SAME MANNER, SET ASIDE
  18. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 4-5 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  19. ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
  20. POUR THIS TADKA ON THE KHANDVI
  21. SPRINKLE SOME GRATED COCONUT & POMEGRANATE SEEDS ON TOP, SERVE
