Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Broccoli - 1/2 kg
  2. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
  3. Kashmiri chilli powder -1 tspn
  4. Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tspn
  5. Pepper powder -1 /4 tspn
  6. Salt
  7. Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
  8. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
  9. Oil
  10. Water for boiling

Instructions

  1. CUT THE BROCCOLI LENGTHWISE
  2. BOIL THE BROCCOLI FOR 5 MIN
  3. REMOVE THE WATER AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MIN
  4. HEAT OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS, ADD THE PARTIALLY BOILED BROCCOLIS, COOK FOR 5 MIN
  5. ADD CHILLI, DHANIYA, HALDI POWDER, GARAM MASALA AND SALT. ADD LITTLE WATER
  6. COVER AND COOK FOR 15 MIN. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
