ABOUT Walnut-mint dip/chutney RECIPE

This dip/chuntney is healthy as well as yummy in taste.this is made up of walnut,mint,coriander leaves,with a balance of spices and flavour of pomegranate,loved by all and can be enjoyed with anything.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 cup mint leaves
  2. 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  3. 1/4 cup walnuts
  4. 1 onion
  5. 2-3 tsp dry pomegranate seeds or anardana powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  10. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/4 CUP EACH MINT AND CORIANDER LEAVES,1 ONION,1/4 CUP WALNUTS,2-3 TSP DRY POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
  2. FIRST DRY GRIND POMEGRANATE SEEDS,THEN ADD SLICED ONION TO IT.
  3. NEXT ADD WALNUTS TO IT.
  4. ADD LITTLE WATER SAY 2-3 TSP OF IT AND GRIND IT TO SMOOTH PASTE.
  5. THEN ADD CHOPPED MINT LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES TO IT.
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER,1 TSP SALT TO IT OR ADD AS PER TASTE.
  7. ADD 1 TSP ROASTED JEERA POWDER.
  8. ADD 3-4 TSP WATER AND GRIND TO PASTE.
  9. TAKE IT OUT AND ENJOY.
