Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fine gram flour 1 cup
  2. Sour buttermilk 3 cup full
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Hing 1/2 tsp
  5. Crushed ginger paste 1 tsp
  6. Crushed chilli paste 1 tsp
  7. For stuffing :-
  8. Peanut butter 1/2 cup
  9. Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  10. Salt 1/4 tsp
  11. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  12. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  13. For tadka :-
  14. Oil 2 tbsp
  15. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  16. Hing 1/2 tsp
  17. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  18. For garnish :-
  19. Grated coconut 1tsp
  20. Pomegranate pearls 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF ASAFOETIDA & SALT, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GINGER & GREEN CHILLI PASTE, 3 CUPS SOUR BUTTERMILK
  3. WHISK WELL TO MAKE A SMOOTH, FLOWY BATTER
  4. POUR THE BATTER INTO HOT NONSTICK PAN
  5. STIR & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 8-10 MINS UNTIL THICK
  6. CHECK THE BATTER BY SPREADING IT ON THE BACK OF A PLATE, IT IS NOW READY TO SPREAD
  7. POUR THE BATTER ON A FLAT SURFACE, SPREAD IT EVENLY LIKE THIS, ALLOW THE LAYER TO COOL FOR 2-3 MINS
  8. FOR THE STUFFING : TAKE SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER
  9. TAKE 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER, ADD THE JUICE OF 1/2 A LEMON, 1/2 TSP SALT, MIX WELL
  10. MARK THE KHANDVI SHEET WITH CUTS, SPREAD SOME READY PEANUT BUTTER MIX ON TOP
  11. SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER LEAVES & GRATED COCONUT, ROLL UP THE COLUMNS LIKE THIS, SET ASIDE
  12. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS, 4-5 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  13. POUR THIS TADKA ON THE KHANDVI ROLLS
  14. SPRINKLE SOME GRATED COCONUT & POMEGRANATE SEEDS ON TOP, SERVE
