Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10-12 jumbo prawns
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp honey
  4. Olive oil
  5. 4 cardamom pods
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 2 cinnamon stick
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1:4 cup frozen peas
  11. 1 medium sized onion chopped
  12. 1/2 tomato chopped
  13. 1 medium size potato chopped
  14. 1 tsp ginger paste
  15. Coriander chopped
  16. 2 green chillies chopped
  17. Water

Instructions

  1. Take 4-5 tsp olive oil,once it is hot,add 1 tsp salt,4 cardamom pods,2 cinnamon,1 tsp cumin seeds.
  2. Add 1 medium sized chopped onion and fry for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add 8-10 jumbo prawns and fry it.
  4. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp cumin powder.
  5. Add 1 medium sized chopped potato and fry it for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1 half tomato
  7. Add 1 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 cup coconut powder and 1 tsp ginger paste.
  8. Mix it properly.Keep the heat on medium flame.
  9. Add 1-2 tsp honey or as per taste.
  10. Add 1/2 cup of water,1/4 cup frozen peas .
  11. Add 1/2 cup water and cover it and cook for 5-6 minutes,till the potatoes are boiled.
  12. Open the lid and add,1/4 cup chopped coriander and 2 chopped green chillies.
  13. Cook it 3-4 minutes,till the gravy becomes thick.
  14. Prawn masala is ready
