Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For 8 baby corns
  2. Very finely chopped onions 1 tablespoon
  3. Finely chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
  4. Finely chopped green chilli 2 teaspoon
  5. cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  6. salt as per taste ( 1/2 teaspoon)
  7. lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chat mashala 1 teaspoon
  9. oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon
  11. Red chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Small pieces of processed cheese 20 g
  13. 1 tablespoon maida + 2 teaspoon rice flour
  14. Cornflakes crushed 1 cup or as required
  15. Vegetable oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. BOIL BABY CORNS
  2. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIS, CHOPPED GARLIC
  3. ADD CUMIN POWDER, SALT
  4. RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. CHAT MASHALA
  6. OREGANO
  7. LEMON ZEST
  8. FRESH CREAM
  9. ADD SMALL PIECES OF PROCESSED CHEESE
  10. MIX ALL
  11. REST FOR 30MINUTES
  12. SEPARATE BABY CORNS
  13. ADD RICE FLOUR AND MAIDA MIX
  14. MIX IT
  15. ADD LITTLE WATER AND MAKE A THICK BATTER
  16. DEEP BABY CORNS ONE BY ONE
  17. ROLL ON CRUSHED CORNFLAKES
  18. REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR ALL BABY CORNS
  19. GREASE THE BAKING TRAY
  20. ARRANGE BABY CORNS ON IT
  21. BAKE IT FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES AT 190°C
  22. CRISPY BABY CORNS ARE READY
  23. SERVE HOT
