Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Noodles one packet
  2. Oil for grease
  3. Corn flour one table spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Tomato sauce one cup
  7. Cucumber half cup finely chopped
  8. Bell peppers ( red , yellow, green ) half cup finely chopped
  9. Cabbage half cup finely chopped
  10. Tomato half cup finely chopped

Instructions

  1. BOIL1 PACKET OF NOODLES UNTIL DONE
  2. STRAIN, DRIZZLE 1 TBSP OIL, ALLOW TO COOL
  3. ADD 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR, MIX WELL
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. DEEP FRY THE NOODLES IN HOT OIL
  6. FLIP & FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN DONE, PLACE ON TISSUE PAPER, SET ASIDE
  8. TAKE 1 CUP TOMATO SAUCE, ADD 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CUCUMBER
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED TRI-COLOURED BELL PEPPERS, CABBAGE & TOMATOES
  10. ADD 3 CUPS FRIED NOODLES, MIX WELL
  11. GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, SERVE IMMEDIATELY
