  1. 1-1/2 daliya
  2. 2 tbs moong dal
  3. 2 potato
  4. I tomato
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  7. 2 tbsp groundnuts
  8. 1/4 cup soyabean
  9. 1-1/2 tbs desi ghee
  10. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  11. Salt (as required)
  12. Hing [a pinch]
  13. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Curd - 1/4 th cup
  15. Water
  16. pomegranate seeds [few for garnishing]
  17. apple - 1
  18. Boiled boondi - 1/4 th cup
  19. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  20. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. THESE ARE MOONG DAL AND DALIYA
  2. ROAST DALIYA
  3. ROAST MOONG DAL
  4. MIX ROASTED MOONG DAL AND DALIYA, IN A PAN
  5. ADD SOYABEAN
  6. ADD WATER
  7. THE DALIYA IS READY
  8. WHISK THE CURD
  9. ADD BOILED BOONDI
  10. ADD POMEGRANATE
  11. ADD APPLE
  12. ADD CHAAT MASALA AND JEERA POWDER.
  13. ADD WATER AND YOUR FRUIT RAITA IS READY
  14. YOUR DISH IS READY!!!
