  1. onion 1, small, chopped
  2. Boiled eggs 2
  3. tomato 1, small
  4. Garlic 3-4 clove
  5. ginger 1 inch
  6. Green chilies 2
  7. Parboiled potatoes 2
  8. jeera powder [cumin powder] 1/2 teaspoon
  9. dhania powder [coriander powder] 2 teaspoon
  10. Bay leaf 1
  11. clove 4
  12. cardamom 2
  13. cinnamon stick 1 inch
  14. jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Salt and sugar as per taste
  16. mustard oil
  17. Bengali garam masala 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS TO MAKE DIM KOSHA
  2. GRIND TOMATO, GINGER, GARLIC AND GREEN CHILIES
  3. GRIND TO A PASTE
  4. HEAT MUSTARD OIL IN KADAI
  5. LIGHTLY FRY THE EGGS
  6. IN THE SAME OIL ADD THE WHOLE GARAM MASALA, JEERA AND BAY LEAF
  7. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  8. SAUTE THE ONIONS
  9. ADD THE GROUND PASTE
  10. ADD JEERA POWDER AND DHANIA POWDER
  11. ADD LITTLE WATER
  12. ADD SALT
  13. ADD A LITTLE SUGAR
  14. TURMERIC POWDER
  15. ADD PARBOILED POTATOES
  16. ADD LITTLE WATER TO COOK THE POTATOES COMPLETELY
  17. COVER AND COOK THE POTATOES
  18. ADD THE EGGS
  19. SPRINKLE LITTLE BENGALI GARAM MASALA
