Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong Sprouts 1 cup
  2. Sweet corn 1/3 cup
  3. paneer cubes 2 cup
  4. oil 2tbsp
  5. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. onion sliced 1 medium size
  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. haldi 1/2tsp
  9. Tomato/Tomato puree 1 big/4tbsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  12. coriander powder 1/2tsp
  13. coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. MOONG SPROUTS 1 CUP PANEER CUBES 2 CUPS SWEET CORN 1/3 CUP OIL 2TBSP CUMIN SEEDS 1TSP ONION SLICED 1 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATO/TOMATO PUREE 1 BIG/4TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP HALDI 1/2 TSP HING A PINCH SALT TO TASTE GARAM MASALA 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES FEW
  2. HEAT A PAN WITH OIL ADD CUMIN SEEDS,HALDI AND HING.
  3. ADD SLICED ONION.
  4. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  5. ADD TOMATO PUREE AND MIX WELL.
  6. ADD CHILLI POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER.
  7. ADD SWEET CORN AND SPROUTS. STIR GENTLY TO MIX EVERYTHING.
  8. ADD 1/3 CUP OF WATER ,SALT TO TASTE. COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 3-4 MINUTES.
  9. ADD IN FRESH PANEER CUBES.
  10. STIR GENTLY TO MIX EVERYTHING.
  11. GARNISH WITH FEW CORIANDER LEAVES.
  12. SERVE WITH CHAPATI OR RICE.
