Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oil 1 tbsp
  2. Garlic 6 cloves
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  5. Potatoes 2
  6. Broad beans 250gms
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  11. Garam Masala powder 1/4 tsp
  12. cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Tomato 1
  14. Coriander to garnish

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS - OIL, HING, GARLIC, GREEN CHILLI, POTATO, BROAD BEANS, SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, HALDI, CORIANDER POWDER, GARAM MASALA POWDER, JEERA POWDER, TOMATO, CORIANDER
  2. HEAT PAN AND ADD OIL, GREEN CHILLI, GARLIC.
  3. ADD ASAFOETIDA.
  4. ADD CHOPPED POTATOES.
  5. ADD PINCH OF SALT. MIX AND CLOSE THE LID.
  6. OPEN THE LID AFTER 7-8 MINS AND ADD BROAD BEANS (BLANCHED).
  7. MIX IT WELL.
  8. MIX AND CLOSE THE LID FOR 5-7 MINS TILL VEGETABLES ARE COOKED.
  9. CHECK IF POTATO IS COOKED THEN ADD DRY MASALA. SALT, TURMERIC, RED CHILLI, CORIANDER, GARAM MASALA & CUMIN POWDER.
  10. MIX ALL WELL
  11. ADD TOMATOES
  12. MIX WELL
  13. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER
  14. BROAD BEANS IS READY TO SERVE NOW
  15. MAKE PARATHA TO SERVE WITH VEGETABLE.
