Fast Special - Khatti Sabudana Khichadi is my version of making sabudana during fast which is superhealthy,tasty,easy and quick to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana soaked in water 1 cup
  2. Roasted groundnut powder 3 tbsp
  3. potatoes fried 1
  4. Rock salt to taste
  5. Green chillies chopped 2
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  9. oil 2tbsp
  10. buttermilk 1 cup
  11. water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING FAST SPECIAL- KHATTI SABUDANA KHICHADI.
  2. IN 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 2 CHILLIES CHOPPED AND FEW CURRY LEAVES.
  3. ADD IN 1 CUP OF WATER.
  4. ADD IN 1 CUP OF SOAKED SABUDANA ( SOAKED IN WATER FOR 3 HOURS ).
  5. ADD 1 CUP OF BUTTERMILK.
  6. STIR QUICKLY.
  7. ADD 1 TSP OF BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  8. ADD 3 TBSP OF GROUNDNUT POWDER ( COARSE) AND 1 CHOPPED FRIED POTATO PIECES.
  9. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  10. KEEP CONSISTENCY AS PER YOUR CHOICE.
  11. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES OR CURRY LEAVES AND SERVE HOT.
