Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal - 1/2cup
  2. Masoor daal - 1/4cup
  3. Onion - 1/4chopped
  4. Tomato - 1/4chopped
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  6. Green chillie - 1/2
  7. Garlic- 2cloves chopped
  8. Cumim seeds -1tablespoon
  9. Mustard seeds - 1/4tablespoon
  10. Salt -as per taste
  11. Curry leaves - few
  12. Oil -2tablespoon
  13. Water -As required
  14. Cilantro - For garnishing

Instructions

  1. SOAK MOONG & MASOOR DAAL FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS. INGREDIENTS- ONION, TOMATO,GARLIC,GREEN CHILLIE,CURRY LEAVES
  2. PUT DAAL IN COOKER ADD ONION,TOMATO & TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD WATER TO IT
  4. KEEP IT FOR BOILING
  5. ONCE IT STARTED BOILING PUT THE LID & TAKE AROUND 7-8VESSELS
  6. ONCE THE PRESSURE IS DOWN REMOVE LID & MASH THE DAAL WITH A SPOON
  7. ADD SALT & WATER TO IT
  8. FOR TADKA TAKE OIL PUT GARLIC,CUMIN & MUSTARD SEEDS,CURRY LEAVES & GREEN CHILLIES
  9. PUT IT ON FLAME
  10. ONCE THE GARLIC TURNS BROWN ADD THE TADKA TO THE DAAL
  11. DAAL IS READY
