Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ginger-1/2 tbsp
  2. Garlic-2 cloves
  3. Butter-1/2 tbsp
  4. oil-1 tbsp
  5. Oats-2.5 cup
  6. Chopped spinach-2 cup
  7. Beaten curd-5 tbsp
  8. Boiled mixed beans-4 tbsp
  9. Spring onion-1 handful
  10. Green chilli chopped-1 piece
  11. Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
  12. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  13. Kasmiri chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. For garnishing, 2 tbsp spring onion

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A PAN, ADD 2 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES,SAUTE
  2. ADD 1/2 TBSP GINGER PASTE AND SAUTE WELL
  3. ADD 2 CUPS CHOPPED SPINACH, SAUTE
  4. SEASON WITH A LITTLE SALT
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD 1/2 TBSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER
  7. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  8. ADD 4 TBSP BOILED MIXED BEANS
  9. ADD 5 TBSP CURD
  10. STIR THE MASALA WELL
  11. ADD IN 2.5 CUPS OATS
  12. MIX WELL
  13. ADD WATER AS REQUIRED
  14. ADD IN SOME MORE SALT TO TASTE
  15. COVER PAN FOR 5 MINS
  16. NOW ADD 1/2 TBSP BUTTER
  17. ADD A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED SPRING ONION GREENS
  18. COVER AGAIN FOR 1 MINUTE
  19. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  20. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED SPRING ONION AND SERVE HOT
