Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled arbi and potatoes (250 gms each)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil to deep fry
  4. Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  5. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  6. Haldi 1/2 tbsp
  7. aamchur powder 1/2 tsp
  8. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK 1/2 KG EACH OF ARBI AND POTATOES. COOK TILL 2 WHISTLES BLOW.
  2. LET THEM COOL. PEEL AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. DEEP FRY TILL THEY ARE GOLDEN IN COLOUR. ADD SALT AND STIR LIGHTLY.
  4. REMOVE THEM AND FLATTEN WITH A BOWL.
  5. DEEP FRY ONCE AGAIN TILL THEY ARE CRISPY AND GOLDEN. DRAIN AND KEEP ASIDE.
  6. FOR THE MASALA MIXTURE, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER.
  7. ADD 1 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER AND 1/2 TSP SALT. MIX WELL.
  8. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL. ADD IN THE FRIED PIECES ALONG WITH THE MASALA MIXTURE.
  9. SAUTE FOR A MINUTE AND SERVE IT HOT.
