Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer...200gm
  2. Mawa...50gm
  3. Milk powder....2spn
  4. Maida...1spn
  5. Suji...1spn
  6. cardamom powder..1spn
  7. Sugar...2cup
  8. Water..5cup
  9. Oil or ghee to fry

Instructions

  1. 200GM PANEER,50GM MAWA,2SPN MILK POWDER,1SPN RAWA,1SPN MAIDA & 1SPN CARDAMOM POWDER
  2. BLEND ALL IN MIXER GRINDER, IN PULSES FOR JUST 2 OR 3 TIMES. KNEAD THE DOUGH AND FORM THE SHAPES OF THE SWEETS.
  3. HEAT OIL OR GHEE & FRY IT IN LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME.
  4. FRY TILL THE JAMUNS TURNS BLACK
  5. DRAIN & KEEP ASIDE
  6. BOIL 2 CUP SUGAR WITH 5 CUP WATER & BOIL THE JAMUNS IN HIGH FLAME FOR 15 MINS.
  7. Keep the jamuns in hot syrup another 15 mins & then serve
