Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Beans 100gram
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Mangalore cucumber small 1
  4. Raw banana 5
  5. Bitter gourd 1/2
  6. Potato 2
  7. Ivy gourd 100 gram
  8. Salt 2spoon
  9. Butter milk 1/2 ltr
  10. Grated coconut 1
  11. 1green chilly
  12. Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
  13. Jeera 1/4 tspoon
  14. For seasoning :1 tsp urad, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  15. Coconut oil 3 spoon
  16. curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. CHOP 100 GM BEANS, 1 CARROT, 1 CUCUMBER, 5 RAW BANANAS, 1/2 BITTERGOURD, 2 POTATOES & 100 GM IVY GOURD
  2. BOIL VEGGIES WITH 3 TSP COCONUT OIL, A PINCH OF TURMERIC & 2 TSP SALT FOR 15 MINUTES
  3. GRIND 1/4 TSP CUMIN, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, 1 GREEN CHILLI & 1 GRATED COCONUT
  4. ADD 500 ML BUTTERMILK TO BOILED VEGGIES, STIR
  5. ADD GROUND COCONUT MIX, STIR, BRING TO A BOIL, TAKE OFF HEAT
  6. TADKA : 1 TSP URAD DAL, 2 WHOLE RED CHILLIES IN 3 TSP COCONUT OIL
  7. PUT CURRY LEAVES & TADKA INTO THE COOKED CURRY
  8. SERVE HOT
