Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. okhra(bhindi) 400 gms
  2. Oil to deep fry
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. red chilli pwd 2 tsp
  6. Coriander pwd 1 tbsp
  7. amchur pwd 1 tsp
  8. rice flour 2 to 3 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves to garnish
  10. khus khus(optional )

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 TBSP RICE FLOUR IN 400 GMS SLITTED OKRAS
  2. DEEP FRY ON FULL FLAME
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  4. STIR IN BETWEEN AND ADD GREEN CHILLIES
  5. REMOVE EXCESS OIL AND ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, 2 TSP RED CHILLI, 1 TBSP CORIANDER AND 1 TSP AMCHUR
  6. STIR TO COAT AND SERVE
