Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  2. 1/2 cup sliced pistachios
  3. 1/2 cup Raisins
  4. 2 tablespoon magaz
  5. 1/2 cup foxnuts/ makhanas
  6. 1+1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1/4 cup Rava
  8. 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  9. 1 cup + 2 tablespoon desi ghee
  10. Dried rose petals ( for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TABLESPOON OF GHEE IN A PAN.
  2. FRY ALMONDS AND TAKE IT OUT.
  3. SIMILARY FRY PISTACHIOS, MAGAZ AND MAKHANAS. TAKE THEM OUT SEPARATELY
  4. HEAT 1 CUP GHEE IN WOK. ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR AND RAVA IN IT.
  5. ROAST ON MEDIUM FLAME AND STIR CONTINOUSLY FOR AROUND 15-20 MINUTES TILL IT RELEASES GHEE AND AROMA.
  6. TAKE IT OUT AND COOL. ADD SUGAR AND NUTS AND MIX WELL. GARNISH WITH DRIED ROSE PETALS.
