ABOUT Choco Honey Coffee Float RECIPE

This drink is called a float as the ice cream floats to the top as soon as the hot coffee is poured. It's a delight to have cold icream with the thick hot coffee. Can add more honey for desired sweetness while cooking. Coco powder adds to the choco flavour and lastly Topped with choco chips adds additional beauty to the float.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Instant Bru coffee - 2 small sachets
  2. Honey - 4 tsps
  3. Peanut butter - 1 tsp optional

Instructions

  1. MELT SOME MILK CHOCOLATE AND COAT THE RIM OF A GLASS WITH IT
  2. DIP CHOCOLATE COATED RIM INTO BROKEN CASHEWS, REGRIGERATE
  3. ADD 5 TSP MILK TO 2 TSP CORNFLOUR
  4. MIX & KEEP ASIDE
  5. IN 2 CUPS MILK, ADD 2 SMALL SACHETS OF COFFEE POWDER
  6. ADD 2 TSP COCOA POWDER
  7. ADD 3 TSP HONEY
  8. KEEP ON LOW HEAT & WHISK
  9. ADD 1 TSP PEANUT BUTTER
  10. AS MIXTURE STARTS BUBBLING, ADD CORNFLOUR MIX, WHISK
  11. WHISK FOR 1 MINUTE TILL THICK
  12. TAKE PREPARED GLASS OUT OF FRIDGE, ADD 1-2 ICE CREAM SCOOPS
  13. POUR THE HOT COFFEE IN THE GLASS, SERVE IMMEDIATELY
