Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tablespoon gram flour/Besan
  2. 1.5 tablespoon milk cream/malai
  3. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  5. 1. 5 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds /jeera
  8. Whole wheat dough
  9. Ghee/Butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. MIX 1.5 TBSP CREAM WITH 2 TBSP ROASTED GRAM FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/2 CHOPPED ONION & 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD 1.5 TSP SALT, 1/4 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & CUMIN
  4. MIX
  5. ROLL OUT A BALL OF WHOLE WHEAT DOUGH
  6. ADD FILLING
  7. FOLD INTO A BALL
  8. ROLL OUT
  9. ROAST ON A HOT TAVA, SMEARING OIL ON BOTH SIDES
  10. SERVE HOT WITH CURD & PICKLE
