  1. Milk...500ml.
  2. Sugar...5spn
  3. Egg...4
  4. Coffee..5spn
  5. Cardamom powder....1spn

Instructions

  1. COFFEE CUSTERD PUDDING
  2. HEAT 500ML MILK ALONG WITH 5 SPN SUGAR
  3. ADD 5 SPN INSTANT COFFEE
  4. BEAT 4 EGGS PROPERLY WITH 1SPN CARDAMOM POWDER.
  5. MAKE THE MILK COOL & MIX WITH EGG MIXTURE
  6. POUR THE MIXTURE IN GREASED MOULD & BAKE IT FOR 10 MINS
