  1. 4-5 big loafs of bread
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/2 cup butter milk
  4. 1 tbs cashewnut and raisins
  5. 1/3 tsp black salt
  6. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  7. 1-1/2 tbs chopped coriander
  8. 1 green chilly
  9. 1/3 tsp chilly powder
  10. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  11. 2-3 tsp tamarind chutney
  12. 1 tbsp green chutney
  13. 2 tbsp pomegranate

Instructions

  1. CUT OFF EDGES FROM 6-8 BREAD SLICES
  2. DIP BREAD SLICES IN 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK , SQUISH
  3. SHAPE INTO BALLS, FILL WITH 1/2 TSP CASHEWS & RAISINS
  4. DIP BREAD BALLS IN 1 CUP CURD, TOP WITH TAMARIND & GREEN CHUTNEYS
  5. SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA & 2 TBSP POMEGRANATE SEEDS
  6. BREAD DRY FRUIT DAHI BHALLAS ARE READY TO SERVE
