Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 400 semolina or rawa
  2. One cup curd
  3. Two chopped onion
  4. One chopped tomato
  5. Green chilli
  6. oil for eep frying
  7. cumin seeds one tea spoon
  8. salt

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP CURD, 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS & SALT TO TASTE INTO 400 GMS SUJI
  2. ADD 2 ONIONS, 1 TOMATO, GREEN CHILLIES & CORIANDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER & MIX
  5. ADD 1 TSP OIL, COVER & KEEP ASIDE
  6. AFTER 30 MINS, SHAPE INTO MEDU VADAS WITH WET PALMS
  7. DEEP FRY THE VADAS
  8. REMOVE & KEEP ON TISSUE PAPER WHEN DONE
  9. CRISP, LIGHT & FLUFFY VADAS ARE READY TO SERVE
