Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread : 6-7
  2. Egg : 2
  3. Onion : 2
  4. Tomato : 1
  5. Curry leaves, green chilli, coriander leaves
  6. Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt :as per your taste
  8. Chilli powder : 1/2tsp
  9. Daniya powder : 1/2tsp
  10. Turmeric powder : 1/4tsp
  11. Instant biryani masala : 1 1/2tsps
  12. Oil : 3-4 tbsps

Instructions

  1. IN 4 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD SOME CURRY LEAVES & 2 ONIONS
  2. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES, SAUTÉ
  3. ADD 1 TOMATO & 1/2 TSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER & 2 SCRAMBLED EGGS
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC AND 1/2 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & CORIANDER POWDERS
  6. ADD SALT, MIX
  7. GRIND 6-7 SLICES OF BREAD
  8. ADD BREAD CRUMBS INTO THE MASALA, SAUTE AND SERVE
  9. FINALLY GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
