Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rawa [semolina] 3/4 cup
  2. dahi [curd] 1/2 cup
  3. Rai [mustard seeds] 1/2 tsp
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. curry leaves - 10
  8. oil 2 tbsp
  9. water as per requirements
  10. coriander leaves [handful]
  11. onion 1 [chopped]

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS RAWA 3/4 CUP DAHI 1/2 CUP ONION 1 OIL 2 TBSP RAE 1/2 TSP URAD DAL 1/2 TSP CURRY LEAVES GREEN CHILLI 1 CORIANDER LEAVES.
  2. IN A PAN ADD 2TBSP OIL.
  3. ADD URAD DAL.
  4. SAUTE ON LOW FLAME FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES.
  5. ADD IN RAE.
  6. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES.
  7. ADD ONIONS
  8. SAUTE AND COOK TILL TRANSLUCENT.
  9. ADD RAWA.
  10. SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME.
  11. ADD IN WATER.
  12. MIX
  13. ADD DAHI
  14. ADD IN SALT.
  15. ADD IN CORIANDER LEAVES.
