Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice1/2 cup
  2. ghee
  3. Water [1 cup to cook rice]
  4. Curd 2 cup
  5. Mint& coriander leaves 1 cup
  6. Sliced onion 1/2 cup
  7. tomato [chopped] 1/2 cup
  8. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  9. Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon
  10. Chilly powder2 table spoon
  11. Turmeric powder [1 pinch]
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a kadhai and add 4 table spoon of oil
  2. Now add the slices onion and saute until golden brown.
  3. Mix all the vegetables in the curd prior to this. add this mixture to the cooking onion in the kadhai.
  4. Now add the rice, mix well and add the water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Biryani is ready to be served.
