ABOUT Ravioli dal RECIPE

This is very healthy one pot meal.This is favourite meal in my family.Kids and elder pepole like it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Toor dal 1cup
  2. Chilli and ginger paste 1/2tsp
  3. Oil 1tsp
  4. Jeera [cumin seeds] 1/2 tsp
  5. Rai [mustard seeds] 1/2 tsp
  6. Curry leaves - 10
  7. cloves - 1
  8. Cinnamon - 1
  9. Hing [Asafoetida] a pinch
  10. Tamrind paste 1tsp
  11. Jaggery 1tsp
  12. Salt
  13. Red chilli pwder 1/2 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  15. For ravioli
  16. Wheat flour 1 cup
  17. Besan 1 tbsp
  18. Salt
  19. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  20. Turmeric powder - 1/8 th tsp
  21. For stuffing :
  22. Boiled potato 1
  23. Spinach leaf 4 to 5
  24. Chilli 1
  25. Garlic 1 pod
  26. Oil
  27. Salt

Instructions

  1. COOK DAL. IN OIL TEMPERD IT WITH JERA,RAI,HING ,KARIPATAA,CLOVE,DALCHINI,CHIILI AND GINGER PASTE. ADD DAL. ADD TAMRIND PASTE AND JAGGERY AND SALT.
  2. MAKE DOUGH.
  3. IN OIL ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND CHILLI. ADD SPINACH AND BOIL POTATO. ADD CHILLI FLAKS AND OREGANO AND SALT.
  4. MAKE 2 ROUND SHAPE .
  5. STUFF POTATO SPINACH MIXTURE .
  6. CLOSE IT PROPERLY.
  7. ADD RAVIOLI IN COOKED DAL. FINALLY ADD CORIANDER.
