This is a fusion dish, made with left over idlis and infusing chinese flavour into them, a perfect snack option for all times.

  1. Idli - 5
  2. Salt
  3. Chopped tomato - 1
  4. Maggi masala - 1 packet
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  6. chopped onion - 2
  7. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  8. soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  9. Capsicum [diced] - 1

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP OIL, FRY 2 ONIONS & 1 CAPSICUM
  2. ADD 1 TOMATO AND COOK
  3. ADD 5 CUBED IDLIS, 2 TBSP EACH OF TOMATO KETCHUP & SOYA SAUCE, SAUTÉ
  4. ADD 1 PACKET MAGGI MASALA & 1 TSP PEPPER & SALT TO TASTE, FRY FOR 2 MINS
  5. SERVE HOT
