Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. salt
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. water
  5. 1 cup grated cabbage
  6. 1 cup grated carrot
  7. 1 cup fine chop onion
  8. coriander leaves
  9. 1 tsp oil
  10. salt
  11. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. INGREDENTS 1 CUP GRATED CABBAGE 1 CUP GRATED CARROT 1 CUP CHOP ONION SALT ITSP OIL 1 CUP MAIDA OIL FOR FRY
  2. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD CABBAGE, CARROT AND ONION CORIANDER ADD SALT AND KEEP FOR SOME TIME
  3. TAKE MAIDA,SALT OIL AND MIX THEM TAKE WATER AND MAKE A DOUGH
  4. SQUEEZE WATER
  5. REMOVE VEGIES FROM WATER
  6. PUT THEM IN A BOWL
  7. HEAT OIL AND COOK THEM TILL SOFT
  8. ADD GINGER AND SALT
  9. FILL WITH STUFFING AND COVER FROM ALL SIDES GIVE THEM A SHAPE
  10. PREPARE ALL MOMOS LIKE THAT
  11. STEAM THEM IN A STEAMER AFTER THAT COOL DOWN AND FRY THEM SERVE WITH SHEZWAN SAUCE SORRY LIGHT IS GONE SO I CAN NOT MAKE VIDEO OF READY MOMOS
