  1. One bowl plain flour
  2. One bowl maida
  3. One cup fine chopped spring onion
  4. Salt
  5. One tea spn kallonji
  6. Two tbl spn ghee
  7. One tea spn Kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, 250 GMS FLOUR & SALT TO TASTE
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF BAKING POWDER, NIGELLA SEEDS & KASURI METHI
  3. ADD 1 TBSP GHEE
  4. MIX & KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  5. COVER & KEEP TO REST FOR HALF AN HOUR
  6. SHAPE INTO BALLS
  7. ADD 1 TBSP GHEE TO 1 CUP SPRING ONION
  8. ROLL OUT A BALL INTO A ROTI
  9. MAKE A CUT, SPRINKLE SOME SPRING ONION
  10. ROLL IT FROM ONE SIDE
  11. ROLL OUT AGAIN
  12. PUT IT ON A HOT TAVA
  13. COOK ON BOTH SIDES, APPLYING GHEE
  14. SERVE HOT WITH PICKLE & GRAVY OF CHOICE
