Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 1 Cup
  2. Urad dal flour 1 tbsp
  3. Butter 1 tbsp
  4. Oil for deep frying
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Jeera
  7. Hing

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP RICE FLOUR
  2. ADD 1 TBSP URAD FLOUR
  3. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER, HING, 1 TSP SALT AND JEERA
  4. MIX WELL. NOW ADD WATER TO KNEAD A DOUGH
  5. ADD OIL TO THE DOUGH
  6. USE PRESSER TO MAKE A PATTERN
  7. USE A JALLI KARANDI TO PLACE THE PATTERN IN THE OIL. IF YOU PRESS DIRECTLY IN THE OIL THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF HEAT BURN
  8. PLACE LADDLE IN THE HOT OIL.
  9. DEEP FRY MURUKKU IS READY WHEN BUBBLES ARE REDUCED
  10. STRAIN EXCESS OIL AND STORE IT IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
