Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 2 cups
  2. chopped onion 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. onion seeds 1 tsp
  6. coriander leaves for garnishing
  7. FRESH cream 2TBSP
  8. Whole red Chili broken 1no
  9. Chopped green chili 1tbsp
  10. oil 1tbsp
  11. Crushed pomegranate 2tbsp
  12. cashew nuts 1tbdp
  13. Red Chili powder to taste
  14. turmeric powder 1tbsp
  15. cumin seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN & 1 TSP NIGELLA SEEDS & 1 WHOLE RED CHILLI, STIR FOR 2 MINS
  2. ADD 1 TBSP GREEN CHILI & 1 TBSP GARLIC, SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD 1 ONION, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, RED CHILLI POWDER & SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1 TBSP CASHEWS
  6. ADD 4-5 BOILED & DICED POTATOES
  7. ADD 2 TBSP CRUSHED POMEGRANATE
  8. ADD 1 TBSP FRESH CREAM
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER & STIR, SIMMER FOR 2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  10. SERVE HOT
